A good experience.

I'm at the beginning of my treatment and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Mary is wonderfully welcoming and made me feel immediately at ease. After one session I already feel better! Couldn't recommend more.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.

But for the fact that I was 'in' for a hip replacement operation and was therefore understandable apprehensive, I'm tempted to say the two night stay at this hospital was enjoyable, such was the excellent and professional treatment that I received. All the nurses and support staff were friendly and attentive at all times. And the food was good too.

Had a great experience at St John & St Elizabeth when I had a hip replacement recently. They cared for me very well and everything felt efficient t and professional.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

A lovely place, easy to get to, parking accessible, clean & calm & cosy.
