The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

Amazing staff and very clean waiting rooms for surgery. Overall experience was second to none. Will be a returning patient if ever necessary.

Easy and helpful

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

Have been attending CCH for some years for various ailments and have never had an issue or concern.

As a trauma surgeon myself 10 stars for excellent rapid testing, and very competent and well trained staff/
