Very little wait time and very efficient

Everyone has been friendly and efficient over the period of about two years now (I think) that I've been under treatment and then periodic evaluation after my cancers. Everyone has been sympathetic without being condescending, able to participate in humour, and invariably competent and efficient. I could not have asked for better.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

Very impressive standard of care. Barry Andrews was very professional and I am extremely happy with the care he gave me.

Everything else went really well except the wait time. I had to wait over an hour for my appointment as the consultant was running late with other patients. Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. There could also have been more signposting for directions to get to the wing.

Have been to Wimpole Street several times and am very happy with how I have been looked after there. Always polite and efficient.
