Very pleasing in all aspects

Highly recommend The London Clinic, and in particular Dr Saoirse Dolly, who I saw regarding my vague/ non-specific symptoms. All clinical and administrative staff at The London Clinic are highly skilled and compassionate, which is of great reassurance not only as a patient undergoing such investigations but also for one’s family.

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

Very efficiently dealt and super friendly receptionist

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

A very pleasant place with helpful staff.
