I just had a mini facelift at The Ghanem Clinic, and I couldn't be happier, from start to finish, they were top-notch. Dr. Ghanem and the team were super professional and caring. First off, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. That really helped calm my nerves. When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient. We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Great experience

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

Dr Charakida gave me excellent advice and is a very skilled and knowledgable practitioner. I can highly recommend the salon, the staff and the doctor herself.
