The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

Most disappointing appointment with Dr.Sarah Glynne,she was negligent and seemed disinterested in my case,she rushed through the consultation,I was hardly able to put a word in.All in all a most upsetting waste of time,energy and money which I could have done without considering I poor state of health.

I had a brilliant experience with the Clinic. I felt validated with my symptoms being taken seriously and I was treated with respect throughout.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
