I felt reassured by Mr Fareed that I was in very good hands because of Mr Fareed’s very caring manner and attention to detail. His reassurance to me that I would be very well looked after and that I did’nt need to worry about my forthcoming hip surgery was absolutely true . Gentle professional good bedside manner

Very competent and sympathetic. My only negative comment is that Mr Chatoo might have communicated with the hospital physiotherapists, who gave me incorrect advice and exercises

Dr Irani was very professional and thorough throughout the consultation and debrief.

Explained everything very well

Dr Mittal herself is good. She is friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately for both of us, it was a bit of a wasted journey. It was a long way to go to be told that the information I'd been provided by another consultant was incorrect. I wish the system wasn't so ridiculously tied and Dr Mittal had the right to refer her own patients to her clinic, because I have been struggling for years with my health condition now and if the system was better supported, then I may have been able to access the support quicker. She advised me that I'm doing as much as possible to support my health condition, so that was good to have been told that there's nothing else I'm missing.

Mr Aston explained clearly the treatment, the risks and was able to answer my questions. I would have liked to have had more time to ask questions digest the answers before and after the surgery (on the day).
