Mark from Post Op Hime Physio got me back on my feet quickly after a hip operation. He built a bespoke programme of exercises to strengthen my muscles and during his home visits helped me build up my confidence. He pushed me to work hard but also to listen to my body. The experience was great and I was back on my feet very quickly because of the physio regime which I followed.

The facilities are great, and the clinic uses a digital platform to facilitate the communication and follow-up exercises. I definitely recommend it.

As an athlete himself he related to my struggle with being injured, he's approach is client centred. During each visit he would feedback progress he'd witnessed and then discussed areas we needed to focus on. He helped to build my confidence as a runner and believe my goals where possible.
