Lovely and friendly doctor, very informative and it took my personal needs into account for future following of my skin problem.

Experience was good nothing went wrong

The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

Nowhere to park, not the friendliest of welcomes, left waiting in reception - was worried I was on the wrong floor but sign said to wait - luckily was waiting in the right place.
