My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

When I decided to get a hair transplant operation, I saw Vera online and booked a consultation. A medical advisor called me and answered all my questions patiently. Then I went Turkey Istanbul for my hair transplant. It was such a lovely journey. I had my operation done 3 months ago and I'm already satisfied with the healing process. I had almost 3400 grafts and also I had the Oxycure therapy which they put you in an oxygen chamber for healing to be faster with the pressure in the blood cells. It was such an experience! The doctor told everything and answered all my questions. Also, the facility is very clean, all team are super nice, everything is organised well. I cant wait to see the final result!! 100% recommend

Easy to find, parking if needed. Spacious and clean. All the staff were courteous and friendly.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Good experience

We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.
