The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.

The staff at The Clinic Holland Park were welcoming. The space is light and airy, and has a very comfortable and discreet waiting area.
