Very pleasing in all aspects

On arrival reception staff very attentive and efficient.

Very welcoming and seen on time

The staff are very friendly. The nurse who works with Dr Nida Chammas is lovely. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. I had a blood test taken in the clinic downstairs and nearly fainted (I hadn't eaten and hate needles). The nurse I had was lovely and provided me food and fanned me with paper until I felt better. He was fantastic.

Professional, friendly and compassionate care delivered in a calm and reassuringly well organised and clean environment.

Very helpful staff qnd very nice building. Waiting area was very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.
