Great hospital, supportive and friendly staff

I saw specialist within a couple of days and this was good for my spirit as I have been living with a health issue.

Consultant was great but no one else seemed to know what they were doing. I was sent to one place to book an ultrasound, another for a blood test but initially no one there, then given an email address to book my own echocardiogram. I had to remind them I needed to give info for my private heath care, as they didn’t ask, just took swipe of my credit card.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

Everything was a 10/10 from reception, waiting room to the very intelligent doctor. Many thanks
