I’ve been coming here for years. When you feel like you have made friends, find yourself joking and laughing and happy at the dentist you know they are doing something right! Not only do Colin, Ryan and the whole team put me at ease their work is of the highest standard. I’m so lucky to have found you, thanks for all you have done for me. He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. The entire team of staff at Dr. Richard Clinics in Devonshire Place are polite, professional and patient. The clinic is modern, clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as are the dentists and the nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Richards Clinics to everyone I know.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
