Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Great staff, facilities and care

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Perfect All round apart from the lift being out of service once having ankle problems was not exactly easy

The outpatient, imaging and physiotherapist departments were fine.

The best experience that you could possibly want. It's a shame that this sort of experience isn't on the NHS; thankfully we have a choice.

I managed to get appointments on the same or the next day. Staff was very professional and helpful.
