Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

My first visit with Alien was at their London HQ where I met Katie. My friend and I went together, it was her first experience of filler and my first experience with anti-wrinkle. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made us both feel completely at ease! The results were absolutely stunning and so natural! I won’t go anywhere else, I am now an Alien through and through!

The nurse had to go in search of a gynae tray which was strange when a gynae clinic was taking place on the first floor. Otherwise, I could not fault the care.

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.
