I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. I felt unheard and rushed throughout my initial consultation - Mr Shafafy was cold, and dismissive of issues I felt were relevant. I had the same experience during a follow up appointment and left feeling like i had wasted his time, when i had come to see him about an issue i was very concerned about.
