The nursing staff were my rock before, during and after my surgery. They were helpful with pain management and on top of any possible concern.

Everything else went really well except the wait time. I had to wait over an hour for my appointment as the consultant was running late with other patients. Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. There could also have been more signposting for directions to get to the wing.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.
