My first visit with Alien was at their London HQ where I met Katie. My friend and I went together, it was her first experience of filler and my first experience with anti-wrinkle. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made us both feel completely at ease! The results were absolutely stunning and so natural! The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.
