The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

I have been going to Katie for a while and genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else (except maybe another alien 😏) with my lip filler. They are the friendliest most gorgeous bunch ever. They make you feel super relaxed and are absolutely committed to ensuring you leave there happy. I cannot recommend them enough.

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.
