The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

I have been going to Katie for a while and genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else (except maybe another alien 😏) with my lip filler. They are the friendliest most gorgeous bunch ever. They make you feel super relaxed and are absolutely committed to ensuring you leave there happy. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr Charakida gave me excellent advice and is a very skilled and knowledgable practitioner. I can highly recommend the salon, the staff and the doctor herself.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
