Good clinic

I am always impressed by their friendliness and professionalism.

I have had my surgery done at Surrey Optegra Eye Hospital and will recommend anyone to go there. I go for my regular check-ups in London and can see a big difference between Surrey Hospital and London Hospital. At some point I wondered if London Hospital optometrists ever communicate internally because every single optometrist that I have seen says different things, things that are sometimes conflicting with what other London Optegra optometrists have told me. Exactly for this reason I suggest you to visit Surrey Optegra Hospital - there I felt that a team works as a team.

Good and helpful staff

I found Optegra North London to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming and put you at complete ease. The facilities were very clean. Coffee was a nice touch. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.
