It was a great experience, with quick and easy access into the hospital and clear guidance on where to park and enter the hospital from.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Excellent. Only there one hour so not much to say

Always get excellent service and treatment at the Runnymede the only complaint I could raise is the coffee machine in the waiting area is regularly out of service, not a massive issue 😉
