I had an endoscopic brow lift with Mr. Matti in January 2024 at the Cromwell Hospital. I have an eye condition which complicated my case and I was referred to Mr. Matti by another surgeon who felt my situation needed a more experienced touch.  Mr. Matti was immediately reassuring and used the time in between our first and second consultations to research more about my medical issues. His attention to detail made me feel like I was in safe hands.  My experience at the Cromwell was comfortable and I never felt rushed to leave post-surgery. Mr. Matti's surgical staff were excellent and attentive at all times. The same nurse removed my stitches a week later at Mr. Matti's office. The continuous care by the same staff was a reassuring factor, often lacking these days. The first few days were the roughest, but within a week my bruising was almost gone. The incisions healed quickly and are barely visible, except one, which Mr. Matti checked over on my follow-up. Six weeks later, I'm happy with the results so far, especially considering how specialised my case was. I would recommend Mr. Matti and his team and would use them again if needed. 

Mr West gave me excellent advice and gave me plenty of time to ask questions.

Mr Samouris has be excellent from the time of my pre-assessment to the my surgery date. He has been great in terms of explaining from the implants to the pre and after procedure.

I supposedly have an appointment this coming Friday. I have had no confirmation and am unable to get a reply from the telephone number on which the appointment was made. I have phoned several times. Not impressed!

I had an excellent experience with Helena. She was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable enough to ask numerous questions about the procedure. Helena was very realistic about the expected outcomes and always prioritised my safety in her decisions. On the day of surgery, I was extremely nervous, but Helena immediately put me at ease. She was there for me every step of the way during recovery, providing support and reassurance. I highly recommend Helena for her professionalism and compassionate care.

My second surgery with Mr Roblin. He has gone above and beyond to give me a great improvement in my breast reconstruction following a mastectomy.

Mr Davis was fantastic, he was very respectful and honest. He was able to give me treatment and work around my work schedule

Ms Babar is very professional, experienced, welcoming, kind, friendly, patient, supportive, helpful and empathetic. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and was really reassuring during this stressful time.
