Lovely reception team who were friendly and clean building with lots of seating available

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

From the receptionists, nurses, mammographers, and all the team working there one cannot fault them. The team are very professional and show an enormous amount of empathy and understanding. They take time to listen to your concerns. The department is immaculate. I was told that the teams love working there and some nurses have been there for many years. There is a great respect for the medical staff.
