Very quick and efficient

Had an excellent experience with Prof Imam. Thorough examination and diagnosis. Happy I did not need surgery and all is well. Highly recommend.

Reflux problems were efficiently tested and now I feel much better thanks to Dr Sami's expertise. He is truely the best. And very kind doctor.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Great staff. Swift processing. Little waiting time overall.

Easy and helpful

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Pleasant experience, no issues

The HCA healthcare centre was a pleasant building to visit.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end
