Dr Gupta was patient and kind and made me feel at ease as I am a shy person that grew with learning difficulties and low self-esteem. Dr Gupta attentively listened to me and showed empathy towards my problems. I got in the room really anxious and came out feeling relieved.

So down to earth and helped me feel comfortable with my anxiety as I also suffer from PTSD and now confirmed ADHD. Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter. Our daughter was wary about starting therapy, but Katharine offered a reassuring presence right from the start. It's always tricky thinking about "progress" in therapy, and things never "improve" in a straight line, but our daughter learned tools from Katharine that have made a real difference in how she copes with things.
