The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Always a great experience with GOSH. Kind and friendly staff. Was seen very quickly an everyone was very attentive

Hospital staff very helpful Only problem was the toilet not flashing after use and how ever used the toilet before me had the same problem the bowl was full
