Postive , professional experience with clear communication

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

Mary is an excellent and empathetic osteopath who really helped with my neck pain. She also gave me some excellent dietary advice and did visceral work on my abdomen which was hugely helpful.
