I was made as comfortable as I could be during my time at the hospital. All staff were great and listened to how I was feeling. Facilities were good and I felt I was kept informed off all updates about my care

POHP were recommended to me, and it was easy to arrange my first post-op appointment - along with clear pre-op guidance on equipment and physio exercises provided in app form, so I felt well prepared for the surgery. Post-op, my physio journey was clearly mapped across a number of weeks, and throughout I felt confident that POHP were working in tandem with my consultant's clinical team, and the insurance company, to make the whole process straightforward.
