Easy to book, always clean and organised, very responsive

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

Was fine. Had my records mixed up, but receptionist helpful and friendly.

I had an appointment with Dr Rault, who was so helpful and understanding. I was able to get an appointment at short notice on a Sunday and collect my prescription straight away. Thank you!
