So lovely to have a pamper session. Was treated like a VIP and everyone was so friendly. Randa is a star! I’ve never had the time to take care of myself and I was in great hands. It was so calm and relaxing. Dr. Oteri was so knowledgable and friendly it made the world of difference

Excellent hospital. The staff are careful, friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to ensure a comfortable stay for patients.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.
