Zayed is a good therapist, he knows his stuff. Only downside is it comes across that I’ve to do all the work at home. A 20/30 min session is to short. It feels like it’s put back in the customer to do the work.

I have neglected my health and presented myself with a few issues with foot and leg and he was excellent at listening and providing me with v doable and achievable exercises
