Dr. Xavier Borras

Dr. Xavier Borras is a skilled Implant Dentist originally from Barcelona, Spain, with a diverse background in both healthcare and dentistry. He first qualified as a general nurse in 2005 at UAB University (Barcelona) and completed a post-graduate diploma in pre-hospital emergency care. Dr. Borras spent a decade working in the A&E department at Clinica Diagonal, a private hospital in Barcelona, where he developed expertise in managing a wide range of medical conditions, medications, and therapeutic techniques.

In 2012, Dr. Borras transitioned into dentistry, earning his Bachelor of Dental Science from the International University of Catalonia. He further specialised with a post-graduate course in endodontics. After relocating to Dublin in 2014, he registered with the Irish Nursing Council and the Irish Dental Council, applying his dual expertise in both nursing and dentistry by working in nursing homes and dental practices.

Dr. Borras has remained committed to expanding his skills and knowledge throughout his career, particularly in the areas of dentistry and facial aesthetics. He has completed a variety of advanced courses in the UK, including training in basic and advanced dermal fillers and Botox, PRP facial rejuvenation, micro-needling, IV sedation, and orthodontic treatments like Fast Braces®, Quick Straight Teeth®, 6 Months Smile®, and Lumineers® Veneers. In January 2020, he achieved the International Master in Implants from UCAM University, which included training across multiple locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, New York, Veracruz, and Rio de Janeiro.
