Dr. Wilson Grigolli

Dr Wilson Grigolli is a Specialist in Implantology with more than 25 years of clinical experience in advanced implant work and complex dental rehabilitation. He graduated in Dentistry from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, in 1989 and went on to obtain specialist status in Periodontology (1996) and Oral Implantology. After relocating to Portugal, he completed a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry and was recognised by the University of Lisbon as a Specialist in Implantology.

Dr Grigolli is among a small number of implantologists worldwide who trained directly under Professor Per-Ingvar Brånemark, the pioneer of modern dental implants. Over his career, he has placed more than 27,000 dental implants with a documented success rate of 98.8%. He is one of the few clinicians globally with expertise in zygomatic implants, enabling him to treat patients who may otherwise have been considered unsuitable for traditional implants.

Alongside clinical practice, Dr Grigolli has held academic appointments as Professor at the University of São Paulo and in postgraduate studies at the University of Lisbon. He continues to lecture internationally on implantology and contributes to the advancement of surgical techniques in complex oral rehabilitation.
