I probably could have been told over the phone I was not eligible for procedure
I had ecg and echo first. Reception confusing as I didn’t see take-a-ticket sign. Reception staff unfriendly there, pleasant at consultant suite. Clinical staff brisk and not explaining much, including consultation. Overall experience efficient but unsatisfying.
