I went in with a muscle injury and Tim did a thorough assessment, identified the problem and got to work relieving the pain, stiffness and increased some of the mobility after the first session. The inquiry improved after every session and Tim gave me a rehab plan of exercises and stretches to build muscle and flexibility back up and to reduce the chances of the injury recurring.
Visited Tim Whelan to sort out calf and achilles injury’s. He treated me with great care and attention. Very thorough in all methods used which led to a quick recovery. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
I had physio for sciatica. Tim explained what it was and where the nerve was trapped. I had 7 physio sessions with him, learned all the exercises I needed to do and now able to manage it.
