Sharon Strahan

Sharon Strahan is a skilled Functional Medicine Practitioner. She holds degrees in Dietetics (USA – hons.) and Nutritional Medicine (UK), graduating as a nutritional therapist in 2010. Notably, she is among the few nutritional therapists in the UK who have achieved certification as a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine exams.

Specialising in health for mid-lifers experiencing changes in physical well-being, Sharon focuses on utilising Functional and Nutrigenomic Testing to tailor nutrition plans uniquely suited to each individual. Emphasising a "test don't guess" approach, she strives to unravel complex health issues and mentor fellow practitioners in interpreting test results.

Motivated by her family history of various health challenges, Sharon has been committed to her own health journey. She understands firsthand the impact of diet on overall health and firmly believes in taking proactive steps to regain control.
