Mr Shane Harte

Mr Shane Harte is a psychotherapist with a BA in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICPPD (2024). His work is grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, supporting adults as they navigate healing from narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, and the deep wounds often left by toxic or destabilising relationships.

Shane understands how these experiences can erode self-trust and identity, leaving clients overwhelmed by self-doubt, shame, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection from who they truly are. His therapeutic process focuses on gently untangling patterns such as gaslighting, rebuilding self-worth, and helping clients rediscover a sense of personal agency and inner stability.

With specialties in dementia, psychosis, and substance use, Shane brings a broad clinical awareness to his practice. He also works extensively with individuals facing complex trauma, codependency, emotional flashbacks, and low self-esteem.

Drawing from psychosynthesis, existential perspectives, and a belief in each person’s innate capacity for growth, Shane meets clients exactly where they are.
