Mr Shane Delaney

I’ve been seeing Shane for about 8 months now. From crisis to daily management and guidance on goals, he is alway clear and concise and offer both a generous listening here, and hands on redirection or reframing.

I’ve been seeing Shane regularly for over six months now, and the experience has been extremely valuable. From the outset, he created a space that felt both comfortable and constructive, allowing me to open up at my own pace. What has stood out most is his ability to help me dig beneath the surface. Rather than just addressing symptoms, he has guided me in exploring my underlying beliefs and identifying the root causes of my anxiety. This deeper understanding has been incredibly valuable and has given me a much clearer sense of why I think and react the way I do. Alongside this, Shane has equipped me with practical tools and mechanisms to better manage my anxiety in day-to-day life. I’ve noticed a meaningful improvement in how I respond to situations that would previously have felt overwhelming. Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking not just for support, but for real insight and long-term progress.

Shane listens well and uses a number of techniques to help build new habits for positive personal development. Truly cares and adjusts his approach based on what works for you.

when contacting Shane i was nervous and suffering with anxiety, Shane soon showed me that what i was feeling was ok and normal. as months went on and things got harder for me, Shane was there though it all, calmed me down many times and using his advice daily helped me control my anxiety. Shane is a head of wisdom, an amazing active listener, kind and caring . you can tell by the way he speaks about his work that he truly loves what he does, which is helping people. I wouldn't be where i am today without Shanes help and all i can say is thank you for guiding me to a better life for myself and my family . any person that has the privilege to work with Shane in the future will never regret it and will know that they have his support 110 percent.

Overall shane has been perfect, as someone that was new to therapy, I couldnt of ask for anyone better

I've just finished sessions with Shane, who was an incredibly attentive and professional therapist. He is lovely to talk to and really kind, understanding and helpful. I would really recommend working with Shane when wanting to deal with personal problems or difficulties.

I found Shane both helpful and easy to talk to at all times

Shane was a very patient and compassionate during my time working with him. He allowed me to open up, reveal parts of myself I didn't realise and listened very intently during sessions. He also provided me with lots of helpful worksheets and activities to do between sessions so I could reflect in my own time. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Shane that allowed me to move forward in areas I was blocked on.

Shane helped me alot during a disastrous relationship and helped be learn how to be more assertive. I was in an awful place mentally and I am stringer and more capable of dealing with the ongoing family issues. I now have my own place and my dog back!!! Thank you so so much
