when contacting Shane i was nervous and suffering with anxiety, Shane soon showed me that what i was feeling was ok and normal. as months went on and things got harder for me, Shane was there though it all, calmed me down many times and using his advice daily helped me control my anxiety. Shane is a head of wisdom, an amazing active listener, kind and caring . you can tell by the way he speaks about his work that he truly loves what he does, which is helping people. I wouldn't be where i am today without Shanes help and all i can say is thank you for guiding me to a better life for myself and my family . any person that has the privilege to work with Shane in the future will never regret it and will know that they have his support 110 percent.

Shane was a very patient and compassionate during my time working with him. He allowed me to open up, reveal parts of myself I didn't realise and listened very intently during sessions. He also provided me with lots of helpful worksheets and activities to do between sessions so I could reflect in my own time. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Shane that allowed me to move forward in areas I was blocked on.

Shane helped me alot during a disastrous relationship and helped be learn how to be more assertive. I was in an awful place mentally and I am stringer and more capable of dealing with the ongoing family issues. I now have my own place and my dog back!!! Thank you so so much
