Sarah Condron is a qualified psychotherapist currently practicing Compass Counselling ( Leixlip/Dunboyne) and ther The Counselling Centre, Maynooth. She holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Addiction Studies, an MA in Psychotherapy, and a Higher Certificate in Couples Counselling.
Sarah began her career working with children with autism before moving into social care, where she supported adolescents affected by trauma, addiction, and family difficulties. During her MA in Psychotherapy, she completed her clinical placement with Kildare Youth Services, later working with Pieta House before transitioning into private practice and her current role.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic frameworks. She works with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), neurodiversity , addiction and more .
Sarah also specializes in Couples therapy and has additional training in same .
