Sara made me feel truly listened to and understood. The sessions have helped me gain clarity and develop healthier ways of coping. I’m very grateful for the support I have received from Sara.
It was easy to enter and engage in therapy with Sara. She pays attention and helps me in comprehending both my past and present. Sara's calm manner is so comforting that I feel extremely safe in her presence. Nothing feels hurried, and I can be completely myself, whether I'm babbling away or sobbing.
No only listens well, but helps find a solution, guides you to find the answers for yourself.
Sara fosters an incredibly welcoming and supportive environment where you can open up freely without worrying about being judged. She has a unique ability to make you feel heard, understood, and completely at ease. Therapy with Sara is a safe haven. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy, you won't regret it.
Even though this journey hasn’t been easy, Sara has supported me immensely in working through relationship/family stress and the childhood issues it brought up. I always feel safe, understood, and guided when discussing difficult subjects with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sara to anyone seeking support.
