Sally is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring physician. She took the time to ask detailed questions and genuinely listened to everything I had to say about my lower back pain. She explained, step by step, why the pain was occurring and outlined a treatment plan that would help me manage it and live with less pain. She also shared so many helpful tips and exercises I can do at home to relieve my symptoms, which I really appreciated. Her hands are like a healing tool!! I felt such a difference after my appointment. I would 100% recommend Sally to anyone experiencing pain or discomfort in their body. If you're looking for someone who truly listens, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better, Sally is the person to go to!
Sally treated me for a groin/adductor issue. She explained every step of the treatment and assessed me also. Sally was more than helpful and understanding talking me through the issue whilst treating it. She used techniques such as cupping, massage & dry needling all of which I found really effective.

I've visited Sally many times for deep tissue massages and have always found her to be approachable, professional and very knowledgeable. She always takes the time to check what we need to focus on during each session and gives me advice accordingly. The massages coupled with doing the exercises that Sally advised have greatly improved my physical wellbeing. Having an office job, I've always struggled with back pain, but this has made a considerable difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sally to anyone looking to improve their physical health!
