Ms Sally Griffiths is an accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), offering compassionate and professional support to individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Sally holds a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, along with a Certificate in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Her work is grounded in a humanistic and integrative framework, allowing her to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where appropriate, supporting clients to develop practical coping strategies alongside deeper personal insight.

She has particular experience working with bereavement and loss, with a strong focus on suicide bereavement, and provides a safe, respectful space for clients to process grief at their own pace. Her areas of practice also include stress management, communication skills, personal and spiritual development, and support through major life transitions.

Sally works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress, abuse, anger difficulties, relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence concerns, mental health challenges, and health-related issues. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, restore balance, and move towards greater emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
