prof Roisin Connolly

Professor Roisin Connolly is a medical oncologist and clinical investigator. They have expertise in the development of biomarkers of response to anti-cancer therapies. Their work also includes the design and conduct of clinical trials that test investigational new drugs for the treatment of patients with both early- and late-stage cancers.

Professor Connolly has led numerous multicenter clinical trials in collaboration with organisations in the US. They are also the Study Chair for the international phase III ECOG-ACRIN study. Professor Connolly received the prestigious ECOG-ACRIN Young Investigator Award in 2019 for excellence in clinical investigation.
