Dr. Roise Kelly

Dr. Roise Kelly is an experienced dentist, she has joined the Avondale Dental Clinic to provide a specialised prosthodontic service. Her role involves addressing complex prosthodontic cases that require advanced expertise beyond the skill set of a general dental practitioner. This includes managing cases with high aesthetic demands, intricate restorative challenges, implant-retained restorations and dentures, as well as full dentures.

Dr. Kelly collaborates closely with Dr. Paul Burgess, a periodontist at Avondale, to provide implant-retained restorations when necessary. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Kelly teaches at Dublin Dental University Hospital, further demonstrating her commitment to education and the advancement of dental practices.

Dr. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2004 from Queen’s University in Belfast, Northern Ireland. After four years in general practice, she pursued advanced education, completing a three-year postgraduate program in Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at the New York University College of Dentistry, USA. Following this, she undertook an additional one-year teaching fellowship at NYU's Ashman Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry.

Continuing her pursuit of excellence, Dr. Kelly is expanding her expertise in digital dentistry and is currently completing a MAS in Digital Dental Technologies at the University of Geneva, Switzerland (2020-2022). Her extensive training and academic background ensure that patients at Avondale Dental Clinic receive exceptional care and innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
