Mr Roger Thomas

Roger is a CORU-registered Physical Therapist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience in injury rehabilitation, functional movement assessment, and sports performance. He qualified from the Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Sciences (IPTAS) and is a member of the Irish Association of Physical Therapists. He also holds a Strength and Conditioning qualification from the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU).

Roger has an extensive background in sport, having represented Leinster Rugby at youth level and competed internationally in rowing for Ireland. His athletic experience inspired a career dedicated to understanding human movement and helping individuals restore function and performance following injury.

His clinical approach combines detailed functional assessment with evidence-based manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and education. He has a particular interest in kinesiology and the interconnected nature of movement across the body, focusing on identifying and addressing underlying biomechanical imbalances that contribute to injury or dysfunction.

Roger works with both athletes and non-athletes to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical resilience, ensuring each patient receives a tailored rehabilitation plan designed to restore and maintain long-term function.
