I came in struggling with back pain, knee arthritis, a hamstring injury, and gout flare-ups that were affecting my daily life. Robbie took the time to really listen and understand what I was dealing with, then built a plan that actually worked for me. Every session felt purposeful, and Robbie’s encouragement made a huge difference. I’m now moving better, feeling stronger, and managing my conditions with far more confidence. Robbie was as always ready and more than happy to listen to all of my concerns. He was super attentative and supportive in that he made me feel like nothing was too small or insignificant of a concern. He talked me through my pain and issues in very relatable terms while also keeping it very positive and soloution focused. He then stepped me through exercises and tools to help me progress through this current phase of my recovery with exercises I can easily do at home and a plan.

Robbie was brilliant and gave great advice along with a tailored plan to help with my sore knee. The exercises and hands-on treatment made a noticeable difference within a short time, and he always made sure I understood what I was doing and why.
