Mr Paul Shin

Paul Shin is a Registered Art Psychotherapist and Somatic Trauma Therapist based in Wexford, Ireland. He provides both in-person and online therapeutic support for adults, couples, children, and adolescents across Ireland, the UK, and internationally.

Paul specializes in shock, trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and nervous system dysregulation. His clinical work is designed for individuals who experience anxiety, depression, burnout, or relationship difficulties—often stemming from underlying, unprocessed trauma responses. Rather than relying solely on traditional "top-down" talk therapy, Paul’s practice is deeply body-aware and grounded in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Polyvagal Theory, and NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) concepts.
