I saw Paul during both of my pregnancies and had such a positive experience. With my first pregnancy, I had acupuncture to help prepare for birth, and I went back again during my second pregnancy as baby was breech and they turned! Paul was fantastic throughout and every session was calm and relaxing. Both of my births were quick and very positive, with no further interventions or pain management needed. I am sure acupuncture helped me feel prepared, relaxed and confident going into both births. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone considering acupuncture during pregnancy.

I've been getting accupuncture with Paul for well over a year now. I initially came to try and help with regular migraines and chronic sinus issues. With each session I saw improvements and now I'm at a point that I can't recall the last time I had a migraine - they would have previously had me bed-bound for a couple of days. Since then, it's become a regular part of my wellness regimen, whether its helping me overcome seasonal illness, niggles in my hip/back or just dealing with life's stresses, I have found it so so helpful. Paul is very knowledgable and clearly passionate about his work. I'm still amazed at how easily he can select just a few accupuncture points that have such an impact on the body and the mind. I attended Paul during my two pregnancies from 38 weeks with the hope to get my body ready for labour. Both pregnancies I went into spontaneous labour a few days overdue. My second birth was very quick and smooth with no interventions. Paul is so knowledgeable and creates such a calm and positive environment. I found the sessions really relaxing and I have no doubt they contributed to my positive birth experiences. Would highly recommend!

My recent visit was in relation to a knee injury as always excellent treatment totally professionally. Always feel improvement after each visit and excellent outcome in relation to a difficult injury.

Great service! I emailed very last minute for an appointment when I was over due with my 3rd son (had used Paul on my first son also!). Paul got me in for treatment within 8 hours and I went into labour 36 hours later!
